1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Tratok Holding Limited. By using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Portal.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service and participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid email address and an ERC20-compatible wallet address.
• Verify your email address as required during signup.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Enrollment and Participation

Enrollment: To enroll in the Program, create an account on the Portal by providing your email, password, and ERC20 wallet address. You must verify your email to activate your account and participate.

Earning Rewards: You can earn rewards (points or tokens) by completing eligible activities, such as engaging with tasks, referrals, or other promotions as described on the Portal. Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value except as redeemable through the Program.

Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Program, including reward earning rates, redemption options, or eligibility criteria, at any time without notice.

Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Service for illegal purposes, fraud, or to exploit the Program. This includes creating multiple accounts, using bots, or providing false information. Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Redeeming Rewards

Rewards can be redeemed for benefits such as digital assets, discounts, or other items as specified on the Portal.

Redemptions are processed to your provided ERC20 wallet address and are final and non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen rewards due to incorrect wallet addresses or security breaches on your end.

Rewards may expire if not redeemed within a specified period (e.g., 12 months from earning date).

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any unredeemed rewards may be forfeited. You may terminate your account by contacting us, but unredeemed rewards will be lost.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your email and wallet address. By using the Service, you consent to such practices.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or security of the Service. Rewards are provided on a "best efforts" basis and may be subject to blockchain network delays or failures.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of rewards earned by you in the past 12 months.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the British Virgin Islands. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

10. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
